The Former Red House Theater building in West Street in Downtown Syracuse features open layouts with city views. This project has the basement, first, second, and third floors available, which are great for theater, restaurant, retail, office, fitness, and entertainment use. These uses would fit perfectly with its location so close to Armory Square; home to a variety of Syracuse’s most popular restaurants and entertainment centers.
